Welcome to Groundmark Commercial Equipment. By accessing our website, purchasing power generation equipment, or utilizing our customer portal, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Safety & Generator Operation

DANGER: CARBON MONOXIDE HAZARD. Engine exhaust contains carbon monoxide, an odorless, invisible poison that kills in minutes. Generators must ONLY be operated outdoors in well-ventilated areas, at least 20 feet away from occupied buildings, windows, doors, and fresh air intakes. Never operate indoors, in garages, basements, or enclosed structures, even with doors and windows open.

2. Electrical Installation & Transfer Switches

Connecting a portable generator to a residential or commercial building electrical distribution panel must always be performed through an approved transfer switch installed by a licensed and certified electrical contractor in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NFPA 70) and local municipal codes. Direct connection without a transfer switch (backfeeding) is hazardous, illegal, and strictly prohibited.

3. Equipment Pricing & Specifications

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). While we strive for absolute accuracy in technical specifications, fuel consumption metrics, starting/running wattage ratings, and imagery, occasional manufacturer modifications or typographical errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors without prior notice.

4. Freight Delivery & Acceptance

Due to the commercial weight and classification of inverter generators (100–250 lbs), products are shipped via certified LTL freight carriers. The purchaser or an authorized adult representative (18+) must be present at the delivery address to inspect the crated pallet and sign the delivery receipt with the freight driver.

5. 3-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty

Groundmark Commercial Equipment warrants all new DuroMax power generation units against defects in materials and craftsmanship for a period of three (3) years from the verified purchase date. Warranty terms cover genuine replacement parts, technical diagnostics, and authorized repair depot labor. Maintenance consumables (spark plugs, filters, engine oil) and damage resulting from improper fuel mixtures or neglecting oil changes are excluded.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable state and federal law, Groundmark Commercial Equipment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from power outages, equipment downtime, improper installation, or fuel contamination.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and applicable federal laws of the United States of America.
